Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under the guidance of a BCBA. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassionate care. Position offers flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours, travel reimbursement, competitive pay based on experience and RBT certification, and opportunities for training and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- bilingual (preferred)
- 6 months to 1 year of in-home ABA experience
- RBT certification preferred
- entry-level training provided
- travel/mileage reimbursement
