Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician position providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under a BCBA's guidance. Responsibilities include implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and training families. Part-time role with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours; mileage reimbursement; paid leave and benefits eligible; opportunities for ongoing training and career growth. Must be able to speak Spanish. Location: Vermont Square, CA; in-home, on-site work with travel. Compensation up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification.
