Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children and teens with autism under the guidance of a BCBA; implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion. Must be bilingual Spanish-speaking and have 6 months to 1 year of in-home ABA experience; RBT certification preferred. Entry-level training provided. Part-time role with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Mileage reimbursement; paid sick leave and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
