Job Summary
Provide one-to-one ABA to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in center or home-based settings. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision by a BCBA; collect and record data; maintain session notes; ensure confidentiality; in-person role in West Branch, MI. Roles include full-time or part-time schedules (30-40 hours/week or 20-30 hours/week); compensation $14.00-$19.00 per hour plus bonuses; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K match, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs and assist with client activities; drivers needed for transportation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential strongly preferred, if none, training provided within 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
