Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients across home, school, and community settings while maintaining open communication with supervising BCBA staff. Complete daily electronic data collection and upload session notes into relevant databases following each client interaction. Deliver programming focused on improving communication, social, and daily living skills within a collaborative team environment. Work flexible hours across multiple locations throughout the day to support intensive ABA centers throughout Florida.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities
- Experience working with children between the ages of 1-8
