Job Summary
Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy, providing direct support to improve communication, social, and daily living skills in home, school, and community settings. Complete 40-hour RBT training and CPR certification within 30 days of hire, then conduct electronic data collection and upload daily session notes into relevant databases. Maintain open communication with supervising BCBA regarding client progress while maintaining flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check

- College Graduate
- Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities
- Experience working with children between the ages of 1-8
