Job Summary
Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy, providing support in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team. Conduct electronic data collection for programming and complete daily session notes uploaded into relevant databases. Maintain open communication with the BCBA regarding client progress. Complete 40-hour RBT training and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Maintain flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities
- Experience working with children between the ages of 1-8
