Job Summary
Entry-Level ABA Therapist provides one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will be part of a clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Training is provided with no prior ABA experience required. Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to a 6-month tenure. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon and evening shifts are available, making this a strong entry point into psychology and education-related fields for students, teachers, and paraprofessionals.
