Job Summary
Implement and adhere to structured behavioral plans, guidelines, and interventions for Residents with complex needs. Track, document, and summarize progress toward individual goals while overseeing daily data collection on behavioral interventions, goal attainment, and medical issues. Use approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Residents and Colleagues across various settings. Follow designated protocols for health and physician's orders and Applied Behavioral Analysis practices. Work 3-11 and overnight shifts, including one weekend day, within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting Residents toward stability and community inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral and/or clinical challenges
- PABC training to be completed by 30 days of hire
- First Aid/CPR required
- MAP training and course completion within 3 months of hire
- Ability to work 3-11 and overnight shifts
- Must include one weekend day
