Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Psychology
- 2-3 years' experience in a training position or a related position presenting information to groups of people in an organization
- 2 years business experience
- 1 year working in an organization supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or autism
- 1 year experience working in a mental health field in any capacity, preferred
- Consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Self-motivated and independent worker with a flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Behavior Specialist preferred
- Experience in administration preferred
