Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. All positions start off part-time. Ideal for anyone new to the field with paid training provided; high school diploma or equivalent required. Must be willing to learn, compassionate, patient, and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
- Minimum 6 month commitment required
- No experience required (paid training)
