Job Summary
Create and coordinate behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under LBA oversight. Coordinate development, implementation, and training of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations. Develop and monitor data collection systems while engaging in ongoing data review and analysis. Identify training needs and conduct trainings to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans. Participate in clinical case review meetings to discuss the needs of persons served. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule with no billable hour requirements and is located in Passaic County.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of six months experience in Human Services or related field
- one year of experience (if required to serve as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
