Job Summary

Behavior Support Coach to coach teaching teams on routines, structure, and how to implement behavioral support for children. You’ll model best practices, create action plans, observe and document progress, and guide teachers in building positive, inclusive learning environments. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring teaching teams, developing action plans based on classroom needs, promoting reflective practice and ownership of classroom management, modeling strong communication and planning between teams, conducting classroom observations, collaborating with Program Directors to identify priority classrooms, and ensuring policies are followed and concerns reported promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years as a Lead Early Educator or in Early Intervention/ABA settings
  • Experience with the Pyramid Model framework
  • Skilled at supporting inclusive classrooms and diverse learning needs
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
