Job Summary
Lead ABA services for adults in residential and Day Habilitation settings, supervising staff and shaping treatment programs. Develop and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans, collect and graph data to evaluate outcomes, train staff and educate parents, and collaborate with clinical experts to drive evidence-based interventions for adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field required
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a BCBA-track program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Experience in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
