Job Summary
Supervise the implementation of ABA services and lead a team of behavior technicians. Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Compile data and create graphs to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments. Interact with staff to provide training and support, while engaging with parents to ensure skills are maintained in the home environment. Conduct thorough assessments and adapt strategies using expertise in data collection and analysis. This role supports adolescents and young adults in the Residential Program or School setting in Randolph. Schedule expectations may vary by program, with residential-based roles including one weekend shift per month and one PM shift per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Current enrollment in Master's of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D)
- ABA State License (LABA)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Remarkable problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families
- Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations
- Residential-based roles may include one weekend shift per month and one PM shift per week
