Job Summary
As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, supervise and train staff in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, analyze data to assess treatment effectiveness, and collaborate with families and staff. The position requires BCBA certification or being in the process of obtaining it, along with a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills are essential.
