Job Summary
Lead development and implementation of behavioral strategies across programs for individuals with I/DD. Design and monitor Behavioral Support Plans using positive behavior strategies; train staff through in-service sessions and orientation; consult on behavioral challenges and review participant progress; attend team meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners; maintain documentation and track behavioral data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field
- At least 1 year of experience supporting behavioral plans for individuals with I/DD
- Strong communication, training, and collaboration skills
- Experience with documentation and data tracking
- Valid California driver’s license
