Job Summary
Develop behavior management and support intervention techniques grounded in clinical and therapeutic principles for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Create detailed functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic-driven plans while providing guidance to family and team members. Receive comprehensive training to become certified in Functional Behavioral Assessment and travel throughout Beaver County areas. Compensation includes competitive wages, travel reimbursement, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, and paid time off. Valid driver's license and clean record within the last three years are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Two years of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record within the last three years
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to pass physical examination
- Ability to pass TB screening
- Ability to pass drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- One year of direct service experience in a social service organization
- One-year documented experience with the development of behavior management/support/intervention techniques
