Job Summary
The Behavior Management Specialist is responsible for assisting SED/NBD youth in developing, restoring, and maintaining appropriate community behaviors. Collaborating with the BMS Coordinator and Clinical Oversight, the Specialist creates and implements a Service Plan targeting client behaviors through therapeutic interventions and positive reinforcement. Services cater to clients up to age 21, aiming to prevent inpatient hospitalization and support transitions post-hospitalization or out-of-home placements.
