Job Summary
Provide In-Home Behavioral Services in Pediatrics within the catchment area, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of youth with challenging behaviors and designing/implementing strengths-based behavior management plans. Collaborate with a Behavior Management Specialist to carry forward treatment plans, train and supervise Family Service Providers, participate in Care Planning Teams, and provide outreach counseling to individuals, groups, families, and couples as needed. Maintain documentation to meet Performance Specifications, ensure HIPAA compliance, respond to client emergencies, and coordinate with outside agencies. Work full- or part-time as designated; Monday–Friday, day and after-school hours; bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Adhere to state regulations and company policies, attend supervision meetings, and support referral processes and community outreach to raise awareness of CBHI services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s level Mental Health Practitioner with relevant behavioral training and two years’ experience in the above essential functions
- OR Master’s Level Practitioner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- OR Enrolled in a behavior analyst training program and eligible for certification within nine months
- OR Master’s levels mental health practitioner working under the supervision of a BCBA
- OR a psychologist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology with experience performing functional behavioral assessments and implementing and evaluating intervention strategies
- PC Literate
- Full compensation/benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week
