Job Summary
Behavioral Management Specialist - Residential role focused on direct care for youth and families within a residential setting. Responsibilities include providing behavior management in assigned areas, crisis and individual counseling, leading psych education groups, coordinating with teachers/clinical therapists, ensuring safety and documentation, transportation as needed, and supporting daily operations of the residential campus. Requires a Diploma/GED, 3+ years of behavioral health experience or related degree, valid Ohio driver’s license, ability to lift 20 pounds, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Diploma/GED required
- 3+ years of behavioral health experience or Bachelors Degree in a Human Services related field desired
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and driving record acceptable for insurance
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds independently
