Behavior Management Specialist - Residential Nights

Provide direct care and clinical support in a residential night setting for youth and families. Responsibilities include delivering behavior management, keeping clients on task, assisting transportation and daily operations, supervising meals and breaks, coordinating with teachers and Clinical Therapists, and delivering crisis/individual counseling and groups. Create and select psych-educational groups based on group needs, assist with attendance and communication with parents and referring agencies, and support behavioral management of the residential campus. Requires a Diploma/GED, 3+ years of behavioral health experience or a Bachelor’s in a Human Services field, a valid Ohio driver’s license, ability to lift 20 pounds, and willingness to work night shifts. Located in Wooster, OH, with on-site residential duties.
