Job Summary
Behavior Management Monitor provides community-based behavioral therapeutic services to youth and families in-home within a defined catchment area, working with a Masters level Behavior Management Therapist to implement treatment plans and FBAs. The role emphasizes teaching youth to understand and manage emotions, improving family interactions, providing skills training, coordinating with clinicians, maintaining documentation, and transporting clients. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor in a human service field with relevant experience, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for mornings, afternoons, and after-school hours. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in a human service field from an accredited university and minimum of 3 years of behavioral experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth OR Bachelors degree in a human service field from an accredited university and minimum of 1 year of behavioral experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to work some mornings, afternoons and early evenings/after school hours
