Job Summary
Monitor student behavior and implement strategies to decrease removals, suspensions, discipline referrals, and drop-out rates; collaborate with the principal and teachers to develop productive behavior strategies; ensure a safe learning climate and enforce conduct rules; foster positive community relationships to support the whole student; participate in professional trainings/workshops to maintain professional competence; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years experience at the Middle/High School Levels
- Experience in working with children with behavior problems and misconduct
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License
