Behavior Interventionist

Implement behavior modification techniques with students requiring support across all school sites while assisting principals and teachers in designing appropriate interventions. Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and behavior plan objectives using formative and summative data, ensuring compliance with all Individualized Education Plans and district policies. Prepare and submit required reports and evaluations, maintain accurate student records, and provide regular feedback to students, staff, and parents. Participate in CART Teams, professional development, and mandatory meetings to address behavioral deficiencies. This 10-month contract role involves a standard 7-hour day and requires a valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
