Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA interventions and treatment for children with autism in home and community settings under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Implement and execute positive behavior support treatment plans designed and overseen by a certified analyst. This role requires experience working with children aged 2 to 18, proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma with a bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual skills in Spanish earn additional compensation. The position offers a 40-hour week with evening shifts, starting at $20/hour, and includes medical insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. GOBHI supports employee certification as a Registered Behavior Interventionist.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children 2 to 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Complete COVID vaccination
- Proficient computer skills with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
