Behavior Interventionist

Job Summary
Deliver in-home, ABA-based therapy sessions to families and children on the autism spectrum. Conduct observations, assessments, and interactions while lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading toys and materials for home visits. Perform frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting to support participants. Complete a two-week initial training schedule (Monday through Friday, approximately 35 hours) followed by afternoon and early evening work hours, including possible weekend mornings. Maintain valid driver's license, auto registration, and insurance with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- Previous experience working with children or people with special needs
- Interest in behavioral health
- Available to work in the afternoons/early evenings
- Possible weekend morning hours
- Own reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto registration
- Auto insurance
- Proof of immunization records
- TB test results
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Available for initial 2 week training schedule (M-F, about 35 hours)
