Job Summary
In-home ABA-based therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum, focusing on observation, assessment, and interaction to support behavioral health and development. The role requires lifting/load/unloading of toys/materials for home visits, frequent movement tasks, and availability Monday–Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday 9AM-1PM with at least 15 hours per week. Starting pay is $24/hour; provides ongoing training and clearly defined career paths. Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, immunization records, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Training schedule is 2 weeks (M-F) and work hours include afternoons/early evenings with possible weekend morning hours.
