Job Summary
Behavior Interventionist provides in-home and community-based intervention for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities, working under supervision to implement ABA-based strategies, travel to client homes and communities, and deliver services in person or via teletherapy. Responsibilities include meeting productivity targets, documenting behavioral data and treatment notes, staying current with ABA-related research, attending meetings, and collaborating with families and other clinicians. Must be able to obtain/maintain RBT certification within 90 days of hire and maintain applicable licenses/clearances; requires reliable transportation and California driver’s license. Part-time role located in Dublin, CA with a hybrid in-person/teletherapy work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- RBT Certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Travel to multiple work sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required
- Ability to obtain/maintain DOJ live scan clearance, CPR, OIG clearance, NPI
- Ability to work in-home/community-based settings and via teletherapy
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and data-collection skills
- Knowledge of ABA/ESDM/TEACCH/PECS/PRT preferred
