Job Summary
Conduct in-home ABA-based therapy sessions for families and children on the autism spectrum. Deliver daily diagnostic imaging coverage including frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting to observe, assess, and interact with participants while lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading toys and materials. Maintain availability for afternoons, early evenings, and weekend mornings, working Monday through Friday from 3PM to 8PM and Saturday from 9AM to 1PM. Complete a mandatory two-week initial training schedule of approximately 35 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- Previous experience working with children or people with special needs
- Interest in behavioral health
- Available to work in the afternoons/early evenings
- Possible weekend morning hours
- Own reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto registration
- Auto insurance
- Proof of immunization records
- Proof of TB status
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Available for initial 2 week training schedule (M-F, about 35 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, and load/unload toys and materials
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, and twist
- Available to work at least 15 hours per week within Monday through Friday 3PM-8PM & Saturday 9AM-1PM
