Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing one-on-one behavior intervention services for children with autism under BCBA supervision. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requires patience, compassion, and ability to work in a team; training provided. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
