Job Summary
Provide individualized ABA therapy to children and teens (ages 0–21) in homes, schools, and community settings. Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills while implementing behavior support plans and tracking client progress. Collaborate with families to provide parent education and maintain a safe, positive environment. Play, engage, and celebrate every milestone with your clients. Earn $20–$27/hr with paid training to obtain RBT certification and ongoing supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and specific immunizations including MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hep B, and TB clearance. Work weekdays 1:00pm – 6 pm on a part-time schedule with potential for full-time.
Required Qualifications

- Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years)
Desired Qualifications
- RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days)
- Bachelor's in a related field
