Job Summary

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop and update Behavior Support Plans, and coordinate informed consent processes with the IDT team. Analyze behavioral data to modify assessments and plans, while tracking psychiatry appointments and consulting monthly with the psychiatrist. Provide direct counseling services for people supported, including treatment plan development and progress updates. Deliver staff and RBT training on specific plans, ensure accurate data collection on electronic health platforms, and generate CSIDD referrals. Participate in monthly staff and clinical meetings, bi-annual life plan reviews, and committee work including IRC, HRC, and ICC. Support families through meetings and correspondence, and present at national and international conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree from a program in clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, applied psychology or a related human service field
  • LMSW/LCSW licensure
  • Eligibility for Exemption under the NYS Education Law Grandparenting Provisions

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience working with people with IDD and behavioral health needs

Additional Requirements

  • Must have LMSW or LCSW licensure.
