Job Summary
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents by leading daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming. Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation while maintaining a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment. Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits. Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans, document daily progress notes, and communicate key updates to leadership. Use safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention skills when needed. Paid training covers substance use recovery support and crisis intervention techniques. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before the first day of work
- Every Other Sunday (Required)
