Job Summary

Conduct direct care and therapeutic support for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises, ensuring a safe, structured environment across the first floor. Perform milieu management, crisis de-escalation, and 1:1 engagement to encourage treatment participation and emotional regulation. Administer medications, obtain vital signs every two hours, and conduct safety checks while documenting all interactions in the electronic health record. Facilitate psychoeducational groups, assist with admissions and discharges, and support daily living needs such as meals and laundry. Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and maintain a trauma-informed environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, QMAP certification, and experience in crisis settings. Full-time Saturday shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm onsite at 2929 W 10th Ave, Denver.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field)
  • QMAP certification
  • First Aid certification
  • CPR certification
  • Valid Class 'S' driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Experience in a crisis setting
  • Meeting qualifications outlined in 6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 07
  • 100% onsite work
  • Full Time Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm shift
