Job Summary

Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges using positive reinforcement and no restraints. Build trusting connections with clients and their families while working directly under BCBA guidance to implement personalized treatment plans. Record and track progress through data collection, assist with Activities of Daily Living including toileting, and engage in hands-on skill-building exercises across clinic, school, and home settings. Collaborate with the team to provide consistent, compassionate care while navigating multiple work sites with reliable transportation. Complete mandatory on-the-job training and 40 hours of RBT certification coursework.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to move from sitting and kneeling to standing position
  • Ability to commute
  • Monday - Friday schedule
  • 1-2 after school hours until 6:30 pm
  • No weekends

  • Ability to schedule exam at a Pearson VUE testing center
