• •Ability to work directly under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• •Ability to record and track progress with data collection
• •Ability to collaborate with families and team members
• •Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living & toileting
• •Ability to provide constructive feedback
• •Ability to work with a team of ethical professionals in a family-owned, female-led supportive company

• •Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
• •Experience in any other related fields
• •Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• •Ability to schedule exam at a Pearson VUE testing center
