Job Summary
Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs. Deliver prompt interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills aligned with treatment plan goals. Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child or adolescent. This role offers flexible scheduling for those seeking a career change or working with children in various settings. Paid credential renewals and training are included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Human Services FBI
- TB Screening (current within 3 months)
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children - preferred
- RBT certification (if applicable)
