Job Summary
Licensed Master's Level Clinician provides psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across Florida. Works independently within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, complete clinical documentation in EHR, coordinate care with facility staff and families, and maintain compliance with regulations. Flexible schedule with opportunities for part-time or full-time engagement; competitive hourly compensation ($50-$70/hour) with mileage reimbursement where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- New graduates nearing licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule
- Experience working with older adults or within long-term care settings is preferred but not required
