Job Summary
Licensed Master's-level clinicians provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across Florida. Responsibilities include comprehensive behavioral health assessments, individual psychotherapy, development and implementation of treatment plans, monitoring progress, coordinating with facility staff and families, and maintaining timely clinical documentation within the EHR. The role supports flexible scheduling and offers competitive hourly rates ($50–$70/hour) with mileage reimbursement where applicable, within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality care for older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- New graduates nearing licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule
- Experience working with older adults or within long-term care settings is preferred but not required
