Job Summary
Licensed Master's Level Clinician provides psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and counseling to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across Florida. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor progress, coordinate with facility staff and families, document in the EHR, and participate in ongoing clinical development within a multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation ($50-$70/hour) with mileage reimbursement where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- New graduates nearing licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule
- Experience working with older adults or within long-term care settings is preferred but not required
