Job Summary
Licensed Master's Level Clinician needed to provide psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and counseling in assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities across Florida. Part-time contract (1099) with flexibility to create a schedule; minimum hourly rate $50 and up to $70, with mileage reimbursement where applicable. Must hold an active Florida license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT); new graduates encouraged. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, documentation in EHR, coordination with facility staff and families, and ongoing professional development. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and experience with aging populations preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- New graduates nearing licensure are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule
- Experience working with older adults or within long-term care settings is preferred but not required
