Job Summary
The Behavior Consultant role involves providing hands-on therapeutic services to children, youth, and families, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective implementation of these plans. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, along with preferred licensure. Effective communication skills and flexibility in scheduling are crucial for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Licensed Staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or staff with BS Licensure is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile coverage is required
- Availability to work flexible hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families
- Familiarity with treatment plan development and implementation
- Basic computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
