Job Summary
Behavior Consultants with PRO ABA Services provide IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include maintaining client-family connections, completing skills and behavior assessments, creating and implementing individual treatment plans, supervising and training Behavior Technicians, collaborating with other therapies, and completing documentation for insurance authorizations and billing. Requires PA Behavior Specialist License (or equivalent), ABA coursework, CPR/First Aid, and clearances; BCBA preferred. Roles can be full-time or part-time with scheduling based on client needs; W2 or 1099 options available; benefits for full-time employees include health/dental/vision, 401k with 3% match, PTO, holidays, and reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
