Job Summary
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans for students with autism and emotional or behavioral challenges. Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring while analyzing data to adjust interventions for ongoing student success. Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives. Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, minimum two years of ABA service delivery, and experience working with individuals with ASD. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field
- Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training
- Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
