Job Summary
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans for students with autism and emotional or behavioral challenges. Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to design effective strategies. Train staff on implementing behavior interventions and data collection systems, then analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions and align goals with IEP objectives. Requires a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education with two years of service delivery experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field
- Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training
- Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
