Job Summary
Behavior Consultant responsible for conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior support plans; provide mobile behavioral consultation and crisis intervention services in home, school, and community settings; collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and Behavioral Health Technicians to support treatment goals; maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization paperwork; participate in supervision, staff meetings, and required annual training; monitor client progress and analyze treatment outcomes to support ongoing care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral or mental health services to children or adolescents
- LBS preferred; candidates eligible for BSL/LBS certification will also be considered
- Required clearances include PA Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, and Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
