Job Summary
Provide evidence-based ABA treatment as a BC or BCBA, including conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized ABA treatment plans. Responsibilities include supervising and training RBTs and BCBA supervisees, collaborating with families to ensure consistent treatment at home, collecting and analyzing treatment data, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation. Flexible hours with after-school sessions (3+ days/week) and occasional evening availability. Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification (or in progress), LBS licensure (or in progress in PA), and a valid driver’s license are required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification)
- LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania
- Valid Driver’s License with proof of car insurance and a clean driving record
