Job Summary
Provide evidence-based ABA services as a BC or BCBA in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs and supervisees, collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistent treatment at home, collecting and analyzing treatment data, and maintaining accurate documentation. Flexible, after-school hours and travel/payments for travel/training are offered, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and credential maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification)
- LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania
- A passion for mentoring and developing new talent to support exceptional clinical outcomes for our clients
