Behavior Consultant (BC) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
Provide evidence-based ABA care as a BC or BCBA by conducting comprehensive assessments, creating individualized ABA treatment plans aligned with client goals, supervising and mentoring RBTs and BCBA supervisees, collaborating with families/caregivers to ensure consistent at-home treatment, collecting and analyzing treatment data to guide progress, and maintaining documentation; flexible, after-school hours (3+ days/week) with opportunities for part-time growth and ongoing professional development through supervision and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification).
- LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania.
