Job Summary
Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children with behavioral and mental health disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to families and schools while training Behavior Health Technicians on therapeutic interventions. Develop adaptive skills to support children in school, home, and community settings. Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and manage caseloads of multiple clients based on medical necessity. Work as an independent contract position with flexible scheduling during school, after-school, or evening hours. Requires an active PA Behavior Specialist License and BSL.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- ABA coursework related to behavior theories, protocols, techniques
- Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
- TB screening - current within 3 months
- Professional Liability Insurance
- PA Behavior Specialist License-license must be active
- Must have active BSL
- Must have ABA coursework related to behavior theories, protocols, techniques
- Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience - preferred
